6. How to place an order with our company?
 
The Sourcing Depot provides easy to follow step-by-step ordering instructions. Our goal is to help you make your order decision as effortless as possible. We will do the rest for you!      Step1: Get a Quote     When you find a promotional item that you are interested in, please fill out the quotation form on the product details page, or send your request to sales@thesourcingdepot.com. Our sales team handles e mails 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Or you can call our sales manager Glenn toll free at: 1-310-800-0173.       In order to help you find what you want, we need you to give us specific descriptions of the products you want. The following would be very helpful:    - Picture of the exact product as shown, or just similar.   - Details like size; weight; color; material etc.   - Your on-hands or event date.   - Quantity   - If possible, target price range.       With details like this, we can speed up our conversations with the factories and with less back and forth communications, quickly provide you a quote that’s exactly what you are looking for.  If you provide your logo, we can make a “Factory Artwork” that is as close as possible to your logo for your approval. This way you and your customer will have a more intuitive impression of your product.      Step2: Place Order     Please send your P.O. to sales@thesourcingdepot.com, or fax to 1-310-943-2705 or 1-310-602-6228. Your order will be processed once we receive your P.O.      Step3: Submit Payment     Usually, the setup fee and a 50% pre-payment is required. You are asked to fill out a credit card authorization form and fax or email to us. The remaining 50%is due prior to shipping of the finished products. We do  take check or money wire as well.      Step 4: Sample Approval     We will make the first few samples, and send you sample photo for your review and approval. No part of your order goes into production without your final, signed approval. If a physical sample  is required, there will be a US$32 sample fee for shipping and handling. Please allow an extra few days for shipping.      Step 5: Production and shipping     Upon getting your sample approval, production will start in full speed. Our QC department will check all products before shipping out. You can pay your balance by the same credit card or send a check to us. The completed products will be shipped to the address you provided and we will send tracking # to you once it's available. Delivery time varies depending on the shipping method and may vary from 3 to 7 working days by air.       Any other questions please refer to FAQ or feel free to contact us.
